Do we clean window's when it is raining?

Yes we clean windows when there is light rain however for safety reasons we do not operate during torrential rain and high winds.

It's raining - should you clean my windows?

Yes. Cleaning windows in the rain does not mean your windows gather dirt from the rain water - for example if it rains shortly after your windows have been cleaned - are they dirty again? The answer is No, rain water does not dirty your windows - dirt and dust will make your windows dirty again.

What area's do we cover?

Falkirk and surrounding districts.

My Windows are overdue?

Sometimes due to adverse weather conditions we fall behind. If this happens your clean may be slightly delayed but don't worry...we haven't forgotten about you and make every effort to get back on track.

I have a complaint?

I work during the day, when and how can i pay?

We can collect payments online via PayPal, collect when we do your clean or collect in the evening on or after the date of cleaning. We are flexible and aim to work around your busy lifestyle. We also offer invoicing facilities for our commercial contracts.
